For the price and location, it is a steal! Room is equipped with all the essentials and it’s also got a smart tv. Staff was quite polite, and let me keep my bags at the reception for a whole day post check out.

The hotel has a superb location-only 2min walk from the public beach. All necessary facilities are around- a number of inexpensive diners, laundry services, a few supermarkets, fresh juice and snack cafes. Unlike many other hotels in Nha Trang, Prime hotel serves decent breakfasts suitable for European taste. Air conditioning works properly, the room was neat and regularly cleaned. The rooftop swimming pool works until 10pm, which is great for those willing to relax after dinner.
Sea view is absolutely fantastic from both the room and the rooftop pool too.
Special thanks to reception desk lady Giang, who made our stay very comfortable. She helped us in all necessary matters, even arranged railway tickets for an internal trip in Vietnam. Without her help we would have definitely faced a language barrier at the train ticket box.
We plan to return back to Nha Trang in coming spring and will definitely stay at Prime hotel again.
P.S. a big plus is Smart TV in the room allowing to watch Youtube and own cinema applications. We really felt like home there.

I liked the cleanliness of the property and how comfortable and new my room was at the property.
Great bath with separate shower and bathtub. Nice Samsung flat screen TV. Beautiful beach and sea view. Further the breakfast buffet was so plentiful and very delicious. Too many items to mention. Last but not least the management and all the staff so outgoing and professional.

Loved the location. Free bike hire, which came in handy for trips to the laundry and ATM. Staff were very friendly, especially the concierge and the pool guy. Loved the early checkout breakfast boxes and the book exchange is also fabulous 👌 The spa on the balcony was lovely, except when seated in it, the balcony rail was at eye height. The view across the ocean made for gorgeous sunrise and sunsets.
