This was our first stay in Hanoi and we're blown away by the hospitality of the staff here. From arranging our pickup to ensuring we had transportation we needed - the staff went above and beyond. Josie was super helpful prior to check in and the staff at the bar/ restaurant helped us with recommendations for baby supply stores. Happy hour was great and highly recommended. Also checked out the spa and they had good variety of massages. They also have a custom tailoring shop in-house.
Would highly recommend this location for proximity to the sights and shopping.

The buffet breakfast was really good and worth waking up for. Rooms were large and came with balcony. Restrooms were large too with two sinks. There's pillow menu too for those who are picky about pillows. Gym is 24hrs and really nice with good equipment. Only 'bad' part is the so-called 'over lake city view'. We paid for such a room but it overlooked a canal. So make sure you get clarify when booking else don't pay the extra.

the hotel itself is great, the room was spacious, i had the executive room with club lounge access, the breakfast was a pretty decent spread, the view was amazing being on the 61st floor, as long as its not heavily overcast

Boutique hotel. Gorgeous staircase!! Wonderful staff. Enjoyed our stay so much! Our room 705 was gorgeous with arched windows and a beautiful terrace. Bed and linens very nice with great pillows. The rooftop bar is great. We had dinner at the restaurant 2 nights and loved the food. Service was top-notch. Definitely would return and highly recommend.
