In the past three years I have spent a total of six months traveling throughout Vietnam. I have stayed in dozens of hotels. The Serene Palace Hotel in Hue beats them all! It is spotless, the staff members are exceptionally courteous and thoughtful and they speak English well. The bed is soft! The hotel is located in a quiet area yet accessible to excellent restaurants and other points of interest. I plan to return to Hue again and I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Lien was absolutely lovely and her homestay was amazing, cannot recommended enough. She made us feel very at home and welcomed us with fruit, tea and soup. Lien is very knowledgeable about the area and what our options to see any of the sights would be individually or as a package. She was also kind enough to book the bus for us and take us to the bus stop in the morning. If you’re in Hue this is the place to stay; good location, very clean and tidy, comfortable beds, great host and great facilities.
