We booked 10 rooms for a family reunion. The hotel staff was marvelous. They handled our late arrival/check-in beautifully. They helped us to pre-order breakfast so it would be ready in preparation for our early and rushed departure. The rooms were clean and cozy. Will come again.

Arrived and greeted very warmly by the staff and given a welcome drink which was much appreciated. Check in was easy and we were shown to our room. We stayed in a nice villa overlooking the pool. It was large, comfortable and beautifully decorated of traditional house in Vietnam. The bed was quite comfy. Breakfast was plentiful and had something for everyone. Would recommend staying at the Ancient Hue Garden Houses to anyone staying in Hue.
