In the past three years I have spent a total of six months traveling throughout Vietnam. I have stayed in dozens of hotels. The Serene Palace Hotel in Hue beats them all! It is spotless, the staff members are exceptionally courteous and thoughtful and they speak English well. The bed is soft! The hotel is located in a quiet area yet accessible to excellent restaurants and other points of interest. I plan to return to Hue again and I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Value for money and Super helpful sweet staff example Lee. No fuss easy comfortable clean room although basic but caters to all my simple needs. I did not use the tv. Indoor slippers and bathroom slippers and toiletries all provided .

Location was great, bed comfortable but i would add proper duvet for winter period, it would be micer. My whole experience was nice, room specious and great zone to sit down as well and do work if needed. Nearby, everything one can need. I walked a lot during my stay as a lot of the things are nearby. Staff were very happy to help me in getting the bus to my next destination. Highly recommend!
