Loved everything. Exceptional staff, Ruby, David, Linda and Ryan but to name a few. So helpful and kind. Breakfast is great, rooms are great (not just cookie cutter hotel rooms, they have character), wifi great, bed great (and we are picky when it comes to beds), in fact nothing I can think of to complain about, and lots to commend. A safe big enough for our laptop (something very few have) not that I think security here would be a problem. Location is great walking distance to cafes, bars, restaurants and yet just far enough away to not have the sound.

This was a one night stop over and met all our needs for a small family (family room). The rooms and linen were clean, beds were firm but very comfortable, and what a big beautiful window to look out over Hue (which was nice for us because it was raining the whole time we were there, and unfortunately couldnt enjoy our balcony). The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was good (I recommend the noodle soup!) The hosts were extremely kind ❤️
