Only stayed one night but thought it was a great hotel. A large new & modern hotel with stylish decor, great views & good facilities. They were quick to respond to enforced changes after our flight was cancelled.

Everything was great! The staff was incredibly welcoming, helpful and nice. They offered several optional services (transport, tours, laundry, etc.) The room was spacious and very well equipped - shower was closed, which is not always the case in Vietnam. Included breakfast was also very good and was customizable.
