We booked this hotel because it have huge reviews and I think they are all real. Not same some hotel with very hight score but not true.
Hotel provide all services what we need for airport hotel :
- Easy and convenient pickup by hotel car 24/24
- Good buffet breakfast
- Staff so so helpful and lovely: especially the lady at morning
- Amazing pool with best view to airport
- Clean and wide room
- Just only small thing that: it located in small village then not much thing around and not really clean around. But may it can not be hotel issue

Location is close to the airport and the bed is comfortable. I stayed here the night before my flight out of HAN airport so I didn’t have to hassle with morning traffic and time. Honestly all you need is a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and proper internet. This had one out of those three.

I didn't stay at this hotel to tour the local town, but only for convenience near the Hanoi international airport, because I had an early morning flight and was concerned about unpredictability of traffic from farther away. I did extensive search to find a place close to airport but inexpensive price and still good quality. The Family Transit Hotel in Thach Loi satisfied everything I was looking for, and was so much more in quality and customer service by the staff there. Personalized shuttle service from hotel staff got me to international departures drop off within about 10 minutes of when I came down to front desk to check out.
