The hotel is a gem in hanoi, with lovely spacious room with a balcony. It is very clean and each and staff member of the hotel is exceptionally friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to ensure the guests are welll taken care of.
I would definitely like to commend the entire reception team headed by Ms Kim, and also Tracy, Bonie, Giselle, Mike, Tony and Sam. Even the room service staff and restaurant staff were very attentive.
As for the hotel, it is Very centrally located hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi, walking distance from the Hoan Keim lake, water puppet theatre, shopping street and all the sights of hanoi are easily accessible from there.
Highly recommended to stay here, and I shall definitely plan another trip to Hanoi and ensure staying here again.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, all the way from reception, room and restaurant. Foods at the restaurant are delicious too. Walking distance to the railway which is convenient for tourist to take photo and I enjoy the walk back to the hotel after the puppet show near the famous lake.
