Best place I stayed at in Hoi An in terms of cleanliness, comfort, appliances, proximity to the beach and service. Family run, professional, helpful. Upon arrival a pleasant oil lamp was lit in the room which had a very pleasant scent and mainly is Moskito repellent (worked. Not one Moskito bite) it’s very clean, sheets are fresh crisp white and daily room cleaning available. 1min walk to the beach cafes and sun beds 5min walk by beach or at road. Host provided bike for free and lock. Overall top.

Lovely homestay with a very cute owner. The room was very big with a little seating area, a comfortable bed, 2 little balconies and a nice size bathroom. The swimming pool is small but it is deep and clean and there were no other guests there when we stayed so it was ok for us. We made use of the free bicycles and rode them along to the nearby beaches.

Hosts were super helpful and attentive, ready to help at all times with bookings, extra towels, laundry, recommendations etc. Each room had its own ensuite, tv and air-conditioning. Lovely quiet area for a great nights sleep and only a 5-10 minute grab ride from old town. Fantastic massage available at spa next door and we made use of grab food delivery when we didn’t feel like going out.

A nice cosy cottage for 2 couples but could be improved with an air conditioner and block out curtains in the living room as it is just too hot in there otherwise. Washing machine was great and bed linen was excellent.
