The included breakfast served in the hotel was very satisfying and always ready early in the morning; making it very efficient to start the day early. The location is extremely central being close to old district and the lake area; but also with the benefit of stationed in a street which is not so crowded and noisy. During my booking investigation phase and later when I was traveling, all the people contacted me were very attentive and responsive and always helpful. In this sense, it even made me to choose Hanoi as my first arrival and last departure point in my extensive trip in Asia.
