I recently stayed at this hotel in Hanoi, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the city center with easy access to all the major attractions.
The staff was exceptional! The service was personal, sincere, and warm, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. It's clear that the atmosphere among the staff is truly special.
The rooftop bar was a highlight – stunning views over Hanoi and a great vibe. It was a pleasure to enjoy drinks there in the evenings.
The breakfast was simply fantastic. A wide variety of options, all fresh and delicious. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to enjoy excellent service and a great atmosphere in Hanoi. I hope I will return to Hanoi and without a doubt I would choose to stay there again!
