The founder and the volunteers working for this environment-friendly school project were amazing. Kind hearted and extremely friendly, they even brought us to the near Cat Tien national park. They have cooked for us delicious dinner and breakfast. We learned about local Vietnamese culture and were fully immersed in the nature.

Tien is great and was very helpful, via the chat and on location. Coming from HCMC we were picked up by her taxi at km 142. There is a small restaurant at the road there. Taxi was VND 350. Grab would have been VND 200. The room was fine. The food okay. The second evening we ate at one of the restaurant near the ferry, which we found tastier. The last morning we left at 05:45 AM. They even prepared fresh breakfast for us that early!! Tien rents out very comfortable bikes/MTB. Recommended. The hotel is right near the park entrance, few minutes walk. Great. We took the early morning gibbon tour (saw a family of gibbons). Rented bicycles to bike and hike Crocodile Lake (saw crocs, separate entrance ticket VND 250 pp). There is a restaurant at the lake! There is 1 ATM in the village. Spend some money in the small village (fresh juice, lunch/dinner or the barbershop). People are so friendly!
