The view from the swimming pool was turbo nice, the owner was very kind and they spoke very well english. They wanted to include us in the celebration of uncle Hô's birthday (19 may). Many advice for activities to do.

The view, the room looked nice, had air con, and felt rustic and warm. The location is convenient as the entrance is from the main road. Staff were generally friendly, especially the reception stuff that we met in the morning when we arrived. The breakfast was very good overall.

Very nice lodge in a beautiful setting. The swimming pool area is great.
The Pu Luong area is remote and beautiful, and the local "black Thai" people (this is how they call themselves) are very friendly. The hotel offers various tours, including some interesting tours to Thai villages.
The manager upgraded us to a larger room at no cost. Overall, this is good value for the money.

Pu Luong is gorgeous and the people there are extremely friendly. Because it's newly open to tourism, it's quite peaceful, but it does mean there are fewer options (for example, no real affordable food choices). However, the quiet was just what we were looking for, and we both thought the area was one of the most beautiful places we'd ever seen. I would come back here again and again!!

The area is beautiful with so many interesting things to see and visit. We visited local villages, saw a weaving demonstration and visited the local market, toured the water wheels and learned about the bamboo irrigation system, hiked to a waterfall, and took a bamboo raft down the river. Arranging transportation from our lodge was easy and the area was easy and interesting to travel around.

It is an authentic place with much fewer tourists than in Sa Pa, but for me equally beautiful. The staff speaks perfect English, the food is great and the view is just unbeatable. Definitely reccomended!

The food was fantastic, probably the best dinners I had in Vietnam, really! I highly recommend eating there. If you are staying overnight, get the rooms with mountain view, you will not be disappointed, it's worth the money. The location is great, and most importantly the staff and owners are very kind and welcoming, I loved them.
The only aspect that was less desirable was that the bungalows were not fully sealed (main doors and toilet window) meaning that mosquitos and all kinds of critters could get into your room. To compensate, they have a bed mosquito net and the air con and ceiling fan did the job just right.. to keep your room cool.
Experience Pu Luong's surrounding nature in comfort!
