I was surprised when a driver picked me up at the Port as I hadn't arranged any transport. Hotel is extremely clean, good food available at fair prices, very pleasant owner and had a very enjoyable stay.😀👍

Lovely stay. Hotel is new. The staff were extremely helpful, especially the lady on reception who helped us out a couple of times. I wish so could remember her name as I would definitely give her a mention. Best way to get there is using the hotel’s boat. Wish we had explored the island more. Downside was food, got very samey very quickly, a lot of the bars weren’t serving their menus and none of the food was spectacular. Buffet nights and breakfast were underwhelming. We did stay nearly a week so it wouldn’t be a problem if you were visiting for the weekend. Room service was good.

The host was extremely nice. He even invited me to his family’s wedding, gave me a private tour of the island. He made sure I feel comfortable and have a great time. Room was simple but more than sufficient. Warm water, clean sheets. Would go back here next time I go to Quan Lan.

Very friendly family. I felt welcomed and comfortable. They helped directly with every question. The location is good - in the Center of the City if you would like to visit some places for food etc the location is perfect. Also the room is very clean and you have everything you need. Thank you 🙏🏻
