Very close to the waterfall just 1-2 minute walking distance. The room is clean. Staffs are nice, friendly. Receptionists are knowledgeable about other sightseeing nearby. The breakfast was buffet and typical.

We like the hospitality of the owner. She provided us with all our requests on immediate basis. The rooms were spacious and had a great view. The place was very centrally located near the Tiger cave and Ban Gioc waterfalls.

The family of this house is very nice and helpful. They told me that their house was built about 400 years ago. Family style dinner (100K VND) was so delicious - totally worth it. They also offered us home made happy water (rice wine). Free coffee and tea. No towels and toiletries provided. Hot shower. Filtered water. Good wifi.
It is walking distance to Nguom Ngao Cave.
I really enjoyed staying there. Highly recommend it.

We stayed spontaneously after arriving for a visit of the Ban Gioc waterfalls. The hotel is embedded in the rice fields and next to the river. The views are great. They have enough parking space and staff was very kind to allow us to park our motor bikes right infront our little bungalow. Since the hotel is not directly next to the main road, it was very quiet at night.
