Very helpful people. The room had everything it needed, TV, AC, hot strong shower even though the AC remote didn't seem to work. I could have told them but wasn't bothered. Vinh is difficult for communication if you don't speak Vietnamese. Reception lady wanted to charge me for the drinking water in the room. I said, this was crazy, I would get her new one from supermarket, in the end she didn't charge. Good value for money
