Pretty hotel in a great location with lots of food and drink options. The staff were very polite and helpful going out of their way to make sure we had a good time. The room was quite big, pretty and had a nice balcony with a view. The breakfast was very tasty and had many options both western and Vietnamese.

The staff was very nice and kind, especially Thủy. The bed was very comfortable and overall the room was clean. Breakfast is alright.They don't have many options, but it's enough. The location is very central, very close to the walking street where they party all night long so you can expect to hear music from your room.

The rooms and bathrooms in this hotel are good. Spacious and well appointed. But the hotel could be sooooh much more. The communal areas are dull, dreary and old fashioned. The dining room is so bland, no one dines in it apart from free breakfast. Watermelon juice is watered down at breakfast. Dreadful omelettes. Tatty faded photos in the corridors. With an internal makeover, this could be a “Raffles” in Vietnam with much higher prices. Instead it is sad and fading.
