Lots of things to do, very clean and tidy. Best buffet breakfast, with options for everyone. Kids loved the pool! Fantastic gym facilities.

Usually not one for resorts however this was truly an amazing hotel with so much to offer. We originally booked for one night as a luxury end to our stay in Hoi An till we moved on to the next place however we changed our flights to stay an extra night as we wanted to make the most of all the beautiful facilities to the hotel and to our surprise the staff upgraded us to the exec suite which was beautiful. They decorated the bed and made a lovely cake as it was my birthday. Level of detail to the hotel from the furniture of all spaces, to the tech in the rooms was amazing and what made the stay even better was the staff, they were all so helpful and accommodating a few stand out people are: Tina and daisy at front of house, Sunny and the team at breakfast, Vuong and the team at beach nox, Hung and the lifeguard team. We would definitely recommend this resort

Nice hotel for a good price

Overall it was a great stay but it was annoying we were asked to pay more to use the beach pool (I argued I'd booked without this knowledge and they did wave it but it was a battle). We also had to pay for the watersports, beach hotel guests are FOC

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hoiana New World Beach Resort in Vietnam, and it was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Their attentiveness, efficiency, and friendliness were unmatched, and they went above and beyond to make our stay special. They were especially wonderful with our daughter, ensuring she had an amazing time too. The resort’s facilities are world-class. We had a beautiful room on the top floor with stunning views of the property and ocean. We loved the outdoor games, the stunning pool complete with a waterslide, and the beach just steps away, where activities were hosted daily. The breakfast buffet was a true highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff greeted us warmly every morning, adding a personal touch to our day. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the resort surprised us with a beautiful torte and a handwritten note on our first day, congratulating us on the occasion. To our delight, after a delicious dinner at their Italian restaurant, Obiltan, we returned to find another exquisite cake and note in our room, thanking us for our stay. These thoughtful gestures made the experience even more memorable. The shuttle service into Hoi An was convenient and made exploring the area easy, even though the resort is a little out of town. The staff and their level of customer service was truely the highlight. It’s a small paradise away from the city noise. The resort is beautiful, you feel in the middle of a huge garden. The sea is only few steps away

The staff was outstanding, attending to all our needs with great care. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the rooftop bar was fantastic. Zoe, one of the staff members, handled everything we required, from packing breakfast for our day trip to accommodating our dietary needs, all while wearing a smile and showing a genuine willingness to help. We will definitely return!

We stayed in hoi an for two nights at maichi villa. Minty was very helpful and friendly. It is located very near (5 mins ) walk to old town , hoi an night market, hoi an lantern boat. We loved that the place is near the prime location still felt peaceful . I would recommend to my friends and family . It’s worth it.
