Very quiet location on the edge of a farming gully, and a very short walk to the fantastic market street and restaurants.
Our room located at the rear of the property was very peaceful, with an outdoor sitting area. Inside was clean, comfortable and homely.
The on site Cafe is also really lovely with rural views and a fish pond, and lovely staff.

The location was great, with a view over the hills - across forest and coffee farms. If the sky is clear, you can see the sunrise over the hills in the morning. We spent our first morning relaxing in the fresh mountain air. In the afternoon, we walked from the homestay through the coffee farms down to the bottom of the hills and enjoyed the relaxing scenery.
On our second day, we drove to the nearby Tà Đùng National Park on beautiful roads, and then to a waterfall. There are lots of options for exploring around this area, meaning that if you like nature and can drive, it's worth staying here for at least two or three days. Amenities such as markets, supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shops are also not far away (10 minutes drive).
The house is beautifully designed with lots of wooden features and the garden was very peaceful. While we liked our room, we would recommend couples and families stay in the holiday homes as noise travelled easily through the wooden walls of the main house. The rooms in there are perhaps best suited to solo travellers or backpackers.
The host was very friendly and welcoming, and he made our stay even more pleasant, as did his friendly dogs and cats. He organises tours to a nearby waterfall where you can camp, unfortunately we didn't know this until our last day. If you are interested, you should let him know before you arrive.
The food was simple yet delicious, and the host also sells homemade cocoa wine (strongly recommended) and his own coffee. If you are going to eat lunch and dinner here, remember to let the host know in the morning so he can prepare ingredients!
We were very happy to stay here and strongly recommend others do so.

A very nice and welcoming family, the father communicates well in English. The house is spacious enough to feel quiet.
As the description stated, there was no air conditioning, but the house was cool enough during my stay in April.

1- We got a dinner by our own food at their Property but they asked us to pay for extra 300 VND
2- I booked 2 rooms with 3 persons (3 men) for 1 night, but they gave us 1 room with 2 beds, so, how could we stayed like that?
3- Finally, they asked us to pay for additional 1 room without informing to Booking.com with a lower price. It was late at that time, and we had no choice.
4- It's a farm stay in a very remote area with price or rather high than the average but without breakfast .
