The place is managed by a mom and his little kid.
Only the kid can speak English and not properly but it's ok..
We did not have any problems and they were very kind to us and helped us with our requests.

Family Garden House is absolutely amazing! There are so many exciting activities waiting for you outside. And guess what? You can even show off your BBQ skills in the great outdoors. With its spacious garden and house, you can easily accommodate up to 12 people. Oh, and let's not forget about the nearby Tri An lake, which you can explore on bicycles. Trust me, the price is just right. Prepare yourself for an absolutely fabulous time at Family Garden House!

I want to share my experience for the benefit of future guests. Our stay did not align with the positive reviews I encountered during the booking process.
Upon arrival, we experienced several issues that left us dissatisfied. Firstly, we arrived late, and the only food offered was ramen noodles which cost about 10,000 VND We got the same for breakfast. As a person who refrains from consuming pork for religious reasons, I found it unsettling when the host questioned my dietary restrictions. This encounter felt insensitive to my faith.
The cleanliness of the room was subpar, and there were no towels available initially. Upon requesting towels, we were provided with only one, despite the reservation being for two people. A second request was necessary to secure an adequate number of towels.
Additionally, the outdoor space, while overlooking the river as expected, was marred by the presence of a rusted and unsightly iron frame at the bottom of our balcony at the entrance to the river for swimming. This not only detracted from the overall ambiance but also posed a safety concern if we wanted to get wet.
The mosquito issue on the deck persisted despite the use of a bug repellent device that, unfortunately, did not seem to be effective. Furthermore, the price charged deviated from our initial understanding, and when we sought a receipt for clarification, it was not readily provided and when they did provide it, the entire cost increased.
The facilities appeared aged, and the overall condition of the property did not align with the positive reviews we relied on when making the reservation. Additionally, the staff's constant involvement in our personal matters was an unexpected and unwelcome aspect of our stay.
Overall this was a very disappointing experience.

We just visited Cat Tien National Park which was a great experience. We were able to do a night safari, a biking/hiking trek to Crocodile Lake, visit an animal rescue center with Sun/Moon bears and Gibbons and take a river boat tour. It was a positive family experience..
