Great price, just off of beach path with safe and easy walking around. Loads of shops and restaurants within steps, with convenience shop directly across from entrance. Noise from new year celebration set up but assume just once a year. Not luxury but clean enough. Housekeeping daily and very efficient. Good hot water and air conditioning. Comfortable beds and sufficient outlets in good spots. Motion sensor lights in all hallways. Great to have small terrace with chair/table and good view of beach- very nice sunrise view!

Our double seaview room was great, had nice view of the sea and was very clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was best we had in Vietnam. Mr. Huy at front desk was very helpful as was Mr. Quang the doorman. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
