We actually booked this place last minute and we're greeted straight away by warm, friendly and welcoming staff that spoke very good English. We were asked if we wanted dinner which they prepared for us especially and tasted delicious!
Our room was lovely, spacious, clean and what a view!! (11th floor!) We had a beautiful balcony that wrapped around the entire corner to sit out on and watch the world pass by.
Great customer service and it was very quiet! Would definitely recommend
