The staff were friendly enough, however if they didn’t speak English they would just hang up the phone when you call reception from your room. The shower was good with hot and cold water.

Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh, hotel in Cẩm Phả

Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh is located in Cẩm Phả, 14 km from Quang Ninh Museum and 16 km from Vincom Plaza Ha Long.

The room features an in-built sauna and an outdoor heated onsen, offering a fantastic view. The breakfast provided is delightful. My package comes with a daily complimentary 30-minute foot massage, which is a superb addition. Despite traveling alone and staying in a double room, I received two breakfasts each morning. I prefer a buffet breakfast, but unfortunately, this option is not available during the low season.

Cam Pha is a mining town.

Cam Pha is a mining town. It is trying to attract tourists and indeed the scenery is as nice as Ha Ling but without the tourists. It would be ideal except there is nothing whatsoever outside the hotel itself to cater for foreign tourists. While I didn't expect much I did expect something. To develop Cam Pha as a western tourist destination would mean a considerable investment in money, resources and people.
