The owner stayed up very late to receive me after a much delayed bus ride. She offered breakfast for very cheap and when I told her I was going on a 4 day trip on ha Giang loop, she offered to store my heavy luggage so I could enjoy the trip. For this price it’s a wonderful stay.

The hostel was really new and felt like a hotel with good facilities. The staff were great and were ‘on it’ as soon as we asked to be added to a loop tour. They sent information about the costs, what was included and what to bring and kept us informed of buses and any changes. We did not have to pay anything until we arrived. All the loop easy rider guys were very safe drivers and took good care of us. Toan the group leader was excellent at his job and continually checked on our safety and well being as well as having a sense of fun. We were a little late returning to Ha Giang but only because he was trying to keep us all happy by visiting a better priced Hmong villager store. I would not hesitate to recommend both the Ha Giang hostel and the Easy rider guys.

Very clean room and bathroom. . Toiletries provided. They rent various motorbikes. The owner lady is gem of a person. She helps with everything that is required during the stay at Ha giang Or during loop. We rented automatic motorbike for 5 days of ha giang loop. The bike condition was excellent..we did not face any issue with motorbike on any day. She also helped us with bus ticket booking to catba island. They also have laundry facility. Totally recommend this place for stay at ha giang .

I stayed here the night before the Ha Giang loop. A newish hotel with great facilities but still a few teething issues. It was cold and there was no heating, as that had not been fully connected. They kindly offered more duvets, which was appreciated. The bathroom was all digital that took a little time to work out the toilet flushing. May have been me. Good location but there is a long slope to carry luggage after being dropped off by the bus. Nowhere to wander out to that I could see but taxis are cheap. The staff (Tina) were very helpful and arranged my Ha Giang tour and even lent me a pair of gloves for the motorbike. I would definitely stay here again.
