We arrived on a flight that had been delayed repeatedly throughout the night ultimately landing in Da Nang at 4am. The staff waited for us! They looked as tired as we felt but they were so warm, so welcoming. We asked if we should pay upon check in and they said, no- you go to sleep and pay when you’re up. Unfortunately we had to leave for the train at 10:00am and never got to enjoy the property. The location is minutes from the airport and the train station. Clean, comfortable, and kind.

It was good for a one-night stay near the airport and train station. Great view towards Hai Van Pass from the 10th floor. Mr. Phuong was helpful and let us check in early. Since we were riding motorbikes from Hanoi, he allowed us to ship one large bag to the hotel and kept it for us until we arrived. WiFi and air conditioning work really well.
