The front of house staff were super. Friendly pleasant and helpful . The hotel is clean and spacious But unless u need to go to Can Tho. Then I wouldn’t go again. The town really has nothing to offer. The riverfront is neglected a dirty and away from the river there is rubbish discarded everywhere. It’s shocking 😮 it my abiding memory of this town. A wonderful lodge set in a beautiful garden—perfect for a relaxing stay. Jenny and Daniel were incredibly helpful. When I arrived, I accidentally left my bag in the taxi, but they went above and beyond to help me recover it, and I got it back! When my girlfriend wasn’t feeling well, the staff was very caring, preparing food and gathering herbs from the garden to help her feel better. On New Year’s Eve, they hosted a fantastic (and free!) dinner followed by a fun little party. There’s also a lady on the property who gives excellent massages. The lodge offers several tours, and I highly recommend the one that visits the floating market, a noodle factory, and a cacao producer. The tour guide is very nice as well and gives loads of information.
It was a beautifully decorated place. I liked the fishing pond within the compound. We did some fishing and really enjoyed it. The staff were specially helpful and pleasant. They accommodated our needs and did much more. Very attentive staff members definitely made the stay better. We enjoyed the tour around the neighborhood. My daughter loved the trip to the goat farm. I liked the floating market. My wife really liked taking pictures around the place with beautiful flowers.
