Clean spacious rooms, just like in the photos. There is a nice kitchen on the ground floor guests can use. Quiet location, it's a pleasure to sleep with an open window. Staff is nice, no English but Google translator does the thing.

I stayed at La Maison when visiting Sa Dec and I can only recommend it. The host was so nice and helpful. She arranged the taxi (didn’t speak English) and for me so I could visit, go around and come back to the homestay when needed. The rooms are clean, very modern and so comfy. Can only recommend. You can access the kitchen, food and all appliances (drinkable water to your disposal).

I really enjoyed my stay at Phong’s! It was a great way to see Sa Dec as bikes (or motorbikes) are available to rent, and you are right in the flower growing area a bit north of downtown. Phong was very friendly and helpful! The property was very unique and a highlight of my visit.
