We liked almost everything about this hotel. The location near the sea of Karst rocks and a nearby Winmart supermarket.The room was spacious, the beds and pillows comfortable and the bathroom well designed with a powerful shower. Air conditioner very quiet and no noise from outside. The view from our room on the 7th floor across the bay was amazing. The receptionists Vg and Linh were very helpful and friendly and their English was good.All round we had a great stay here and will certainly stay here again upon our return to Halong.

The staff is very friendly, they helped me with my questions and arranged my trip. The room is big and kept clean. Best Wifi connection I've had in a while.
