The staff was very nice and friendly but the other guests at the hotel were extremely rude to them and to other guests. Other guests at the hotel actually ruined our experience

The location is amazing...near all the historic downtown and many restaurants. The room was comfortable and roomy with a view of the pool. The pool was a great spot to relax in the afternoon. The bed was comfortable with great pillows. The breakfast was lavish.

The location of this hotel was fabulous and the rooftop pool and bar were a lovely treat! Drinks and food at the hotel were very tasty from breakfast to the room service and pool snacks. The Big Mac Tacos were very tasty! They also do a complimentary afternoon tea which was a nice surprise.

Front office Staff attended was neither professional nor with a positive attitude and courteous. Requested for early check in but the reply was not very pleasant and the way I was treated looked like there was some kind of favor being done. Not really happy with the two Ladies at the Recption desk. Also requested if I can have a word with Manager or any one higher but to no vain.

The hospitality was fantastic. They were very accommodating and went out of their way to make sure all our needs were met. The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to explore the city on foot and eat like a local. We enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea, especially the passion fruit.
