The room was way prettier than what they showed on the site. Everything is clean and well furnished. Look at the view I had from my room! Good value for basic/normal room accomodations. Rooms relatively clean and spacious. Hotel is off a busy street so not much noise or traffic. Great local cafe (Sanh Cafe) and many restaurants nearby. Friendly staff.

Hotel location is great, right at the city center with many places to visit within walking distance. I like the most their staff attitudes, all are friendly, supportive with big smiles on their faces. Room is cozy. Breakfast is served with different choices, including Pho. Will stay here again whenever I visit Haiphong.
