Beautiful hotel conveniently located in the city. You can walk to restaurants, shops, stroll the boardwalk, get on catamaran for a day or half day on the water and even do some snorkeling. You can take the boat right on the boardwalk across to Hotel on the Key and go swimming or venture out and go to any of the nearby beaches. The room were comfortable. I love the renovation that was done. Definitely would stay here again!

The host "Shane" was very friendly and accommodating. He made sure that we had everything that we needed. The property was well kept and very clean. I also liked the location. It was near the shops and pier in downtown Christanstead.

We lived on St.Croix in the 80s and little has changed. Many of the Cruzan attitudes towards whites has not changed and is still poor. For example, the very first person I spoke to on St.Croix at Budget Rental car at the airport was very, very rude. She would not accept my word or receipt from Justfly.com that I had purchased an extra insurance policy for the rental. I declined Budget’s insurance coverage, but was billed $39/day anyway. She also took $500 deposit for rental, which she did not reimburse upon return of car. Some Cruzan are very friendly, but many are not and it is learned behavior through generations, but Budget should put a stop to it. I will never rent another car fro budget, and will find friendlier places to visit in future.
