The room was very comfortable and clean, the breakfast was hearty, with lots of fruit in addition to the usual eggs, bread etc. The location is also perfect, right around the corner of all the main sights. And family who run it are very friendly. I wanted to go to Gujivan for a day, to see local ceramics made and they offered to drive me there (for a fee) which turned out very convenient. Note that very little English is spooked at this place

The staff were just excellent - so helpful and kind. The first room we were given had poor air conditioning - so the staff immediately gave us a different room and helped us to move our bags. Breakfast was excellent. The location is perfect - right in the middle of all the key sights of Bukhara. We took a 3 hour tour with Alim (the hotel's driver) to the sights about 30 minutes outside the city- it was a superb tour and he was very knowledgeable about the places we visited. Thank you to everyone at Volida Hotel for making our 3-night stay just perfect.

Uncle Kolya is an incredibly jovial and friendly host. The hotel is clean and located close to the main sights of Buchara. In the morning, we got an extensive breakfast including pancakes with cottage cheese, dumplings and fresh fruit from the market across the street. Would definitely recommend staying here.
