Check in was smooth. Front desk lady was very nice. Elevator worked fine. Room is kind of dated but more than adequate. Location of hotel is perfect. Had a great stay. Loved that there was secure parking. Check out was also smooth. Would stay here again.

The hotel is comfortably located right in front of the municipal thermals. You could just leave the hotel in a bathrobe and cross the street to enter the park. Free towels were provided for use in the park and bathrobes were available for rent which is reasonable.

We enjoyed our brief stay in this lively small city on the Argentine border. In fact it's closer to Buenos Aires than it is to Montevideo. Useful shops, Cambios giving good rates of exchange and a few good local restaurants on the main street. Worth a visit.

Very clean and comfortable. Nice shower and comfortable bed. The breakfast is good, if a little pastry heavy. The staff are all really lovely, especially the ladies at breakfast. The location is good; just a short walk to a couple of nice thermal resorts. The hotel pools (indoor and outdoor) are quite small but are warm and clean.
The staff was extremely friendly and ready to answer all my questions. The hotel is quiet although it's in the centre of the town. Some interesting sights are only a few blocks away from the hotel. The breakfast was good and offered lots of delicious things, especially the orange cake. Buses run frequently to the spas nearby.
centrally located, unless you are really there for the hot springs which are not in the town. short walk to park and riverbank. the hotel is clean comfortable and friendly.
