The carpet was full of dust as all the items on the rooms.
I asked to see other rooms and all were the same.
The manager told me to go to search for another hotel after to see that was no room on the Hotel Los Pinos Country.
I moved to another hotel after to pay this one with the promise from the manager that I would have a full refund. But they didn't give my money back.
It was the first time that something like this happened to me.
For 170 dollars???
