The pool is rather small but this keeps the water warm, which I liked.
Camila's dedicated attention was appreciated, in contrast to a team under-qualified in hospitality.
Breakfast options were OK once we learned there were a few more things we could order, but coffee was...unworthy of being called coffee. And you need to walk 10-15 blocks for the first decent alternative ("Los Duendes")

nothing we left on Saturday. We could not have a shower because the bathroom leaked. The pool was not working [heated pool] and we were not advised of this on arrival. The reason for our stay was to enjoy the heated pool. We were the only ones in the hotel and I think they did not bother to warm up the pool just for us,however they did the next day when other customers arrived. It was a ghost hotel and the customer service was so bad all of them blaming each other. We were offered another room after arguing about the flooding in the toilet and after they cleaned the room they offered us they gave it to somebody else. The ask as for the payments straight away which rang bells which is not something they ask on arrival since I already paid $85.00 through BROU
