The room was large and bed was pretty comfortable. The pillows were a little thin, though. Maybe some bigger, thicker pillows or an extra pillow on the bed.

Everything was fine. Staff was accommodating, room was clean, and breakfast was standard fare. The only thing we didn't like was that the bar and restaurant were closed. No place after a long day of activities no place to relax and have a snack and cocktail.

The only problem it was the if you want to use the public transport it is expensive and the trains form the central station runs every hour. The good thing it is that the trains runs all night (At least at christmas)

I love the city of Yonkers, despite my stay at Cozy Room by Empire by casino did not falter the way I feel about Yonkers. I love the Ramada in Yonkers and now The Royal Regency!!! Yonkers is a beautiful city.

The curtains were torn in spots-needs upgrade of wallpaper, carpets, drapes- lamp shades also torn in places-
Housekeeping didn't attend room until end of day when we had returned to room and then asked us to leave the room-Need better communication on that.

The Hyatt place provides comfortable rooms. The location is great. There are lots of activities to do. The hotel space is family friendly, an excellent girls weekend getaway, morning breakfast. There is a movie theater close by. Lots of activities to be done. Empire City, Westchester County Center, Ridge Hill, Tibbett Brook and plenty of places for family dinning all within 25mins or less travel time.

Please bear in mind my only reason for needing this hotel was to attend the viewing and the service for a family member. Front desk was straightforward in advising why early check in was not available (hotel had been sold out the night before) but arranged for my use of available facilities to change clothes before attending the wake. Also assured me I did not have to race back to hold the room as a had a late arrival already listed.
The staff in all areas was friendly. The room was very clean and modern and it had all the safety alarms in place. The shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are amazing. Kudos for that!
Having restaurants within walking distance was really good. Close to the highway. Very good Location. I felt safe in the hotel and the neighborhood.
