Wonderful experience. Excellent hospitality and a very nice breakfast.
The rooms have all the necessary amenities, although some are a little small, but very comfortable.

The place was beautiful! Wife loved the aesthetics of the home.
Breakfast was wonderful as well. Full service with a light balanced meal to start off the day.
The location of the venue was a perfect. We were able to see all of cape cod, with reasonable driving time to see Providence and taking the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. Highly recommend this stay!

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Great breakfast! Delicious restaurant on site.
Tiny town with friendly people. I can't speak for what may happen with crowds of people during the season, but when we went, almost everyone was really nice. We have stayed in other hotels without a sea view too. Staff were great, but a resort fee and taxes of $22 a night were ridiculous..probably not their fault. Keltic Kitchen is a favorite restaurant of my husband's. They have great Irish cuisine in generous portions and I always come away with half of mine boxed to eat later.

The area of Yarmouth is very large.
The area of Yarmouth is very large. The main central road is very busy. The area is generally very pretty with lots of trees and wildlife - we even saw a coyote. Whilst we were there we also did a whale watching trip which was very successful.
Lots of restaurants in the area - many close early.
It is essential to have your own transport to get around

Lovely area, close to all the Cape had to offer.
Lovely area, close to all the Cape had to offer. We spent time in Yarmouth and the surrounding towns. The sunset at Grays beach was amazing! We walked throughout the town. The Chapter House was centrally located. Michelle was wonderful about giving us options for a day a fun and adventure. Jim took care of all our needs and Lisa was waiting with cocktails at the end of each day...couldn't have asked for a better experiencer!

I like the Captain's Walk of Historical homes.
I like the Captain's Walk of Historical homes. You can download the map online. The flowers, along the way are beautiful. My sister and i played tourist, even though we grew up there, and had fun revisiting this beautiful place in June. We ate ice cream, stopped in shops, took pictures of our childhood church: First Congregational Church of Yarmouth, and enjoyed making memories in Yarmouth Port.

Great food!
Great food! Best burger ever at Grill 43 and outstanding service, wonderful date night with cocktails at Fin. Super walkable with beautiful properties and views of the marshes and bay. Easy access from the mainland and to the rest of the cape.

The location of Chapter House was great; we had a rental car and as Yarmouth is situated in the middle of the Cape, we were in close proximity of our chosen destinations to visit. When we encountered a leak in our room ceiling, we were promptly given another room, which was more spacious. The cleaning was immaculate.
Clare and Robin both fantastic hosts, couldn't do enough for you. Hotel has beautiful grounds and full of character inside. Breakfast.....WOW, Clare is a fantastic cook. The little touches to make you feel at home was wonderful. Couple of fantastic restaurants only 5 mins away.
