This was the first hotel I have stayed in where I walked in and immediately felt comfortable. I actually slept in this hotel room and felt at home. It felt more like a cool bedroom suite not a "hotel" room which are all pretty typically the same. I can never get comfortable, but this time I felt at home and at ease. The bedding was different than other hotels too and I didn't feel like I needed to take the blankets off before sleeping. I just got cozy.
Also loved the little added touch of the personalized welcome on the TV screen upon entering! Made us feel special!

Shoot, my apologies, I just discovered this review was for Towneplace Suites in Wyoming, Michigan where I stayed the night before and the facility was absolutely fine and the people and the room were great. I meant to give a bad review to where I attempted to stay through Booking.com the following evening. It is a towneplace suites in Battle Creek Michigan at 12917 Harper Village Dr. THEY get the bad review. That facility and those people were a disgrace to Marriott.

This location is great as it is pretty central to highways, shopping, several different types and levels of dinning in the area, there are a few pubs too. Shopping, grocery, gas and medical shops all within site of the hotel. M6 is just to the south and will take to the either side of the city or connect you with 131 and take you downtown to explore the shops, mini breweries and other sites along the river. You can also rent a kayak and make a day of it on the Grand River or visit Millennium Park. I think the location is great because of the access it offers but it is out of the busy hustle and bustle.
I didn’t get to take advantage of the breakfast, but the staff were exceptional and kind. I typically don’t sleep well away from home- but the bed was incredibly comfortable! This hotel exceeded all expectations! 😊
Staff was friendly, helpful. Waters hot. Beds are comfortable. Older hotel that has been updated, not a lot of noise from other guest or from outside traffic. Parking is very convenient. Food and coffee was great.
Will be sending a note with more details to Super 8 head office. Left the place after 45 minutes of looking for another hotel. We got our money back . Thankyou
