The only reason why I booked this particular hotel was because on the website it said it had shuttle service to the airport.upon arrival. I was informed that it did not have a shuttle.

I am deeply disappointed by the discrepancy between the advertised "breakfast included" option on the Booking.com website and the reality of my experience at the hotel. Arriving with the expectation of enjoying breakfast as part of my stay, I was dismayed to find that this amenity was not provided. Instead, I was offered a nominal $2.00 voucher as compensation, which does not adequately address the inconvenience and disappointment caused by this oversight.

I grew up in Trenton, Michigan. My trip was for some family business at Fifth Third Bank on West Rd. in Trenton. I liked this location because it was very convenient to stores I wanted to visit & to Michigan Memorial Park cemetery where I went to pay respects to family members. Being close to I-75 & Telegraph Rd. was also convenient. So easy to get around if you're traveling in the Downriver area

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Extra noise from being close to freeway and view was not great but we were not there to stare out the window all day.
