It was easy to find hotel and parking. The room was clean. The bathroom clean and the towels very clean and good quality. A lot of body wash and body lotion.

A last minute weekend trip that was well worth the money. It was maybe 3 min drive to the Woodbridge Mall. They had hot breakfast instead of your normal cold, continental breakfast. My children enjoyed the variety of eggs, sandwiches, waffles, hot oatmeal and yogurt, bagels and bread. There was also Chobani yogurt and cereals. The pool area was clean, however they mentioned it was heated. I didn't feel it. The kitchenette was a full fridge, range, microwave and dishwasher and sink. Great for families to make their own food. Rooms and linens were clean. They had their signature signature shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Great place to stay. Quiet and near to the Parkway to travel to New York.

Didn't like anything about this hotel. Wouldn't that recommend anyone to stay? There would never stay there again. Took the rock out of the door and tree branch at least 20 times you don't know if someone was waiting on the backstairs to mug you.

I had a horrible experience.
I had a horrible experience. The hallway smelled like Marijuana. My room TV did not work. The A.C in my room was faulty and it had a funky smell to it. I believe it was mildew. I had to wait 20 mins for the front desk to finally show up to assist me. He was very rude and offered very little to no help. I felt completely helpless and taken advantage of. Worst experience ever dealing with booking.com this happened last week and I am still very much upset about this situation. I ended up leaving 40 mins later and I will never use booking.com again!

This hotel was in proximity to a wake and funeral which we attended in Staten Island. Every Staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Nice hot and cold breakfast buffet with real scrambled eggs. Our room was spotless and well appointed. Would definitely stay there again.
