Huge comfy lobby, rooms are small but well designed, good for night owls with a 24/7 front desk and bar. Walking distance to Whole Foods, coffee & all kinds of out-of-this-world dining. Unrelated to CitizenM, but Uber rides were always less than 1 minute away from the hotel’s location.

After telling rep behind desk that we had no hot water, all she said was "I'm sorry". Did not offer to reduce room rate. Expected hot breakfast to be more than heat your own croisssant or burrito. Price was high for somewhat outdated room. Bathroom floor very dirty when wiped with damp towel. Need to mop tiled floors.
Staff very responsive to get tv remote working. She was very friendly. Nice lawn to let dogs do their business. Beds very comfortable. Quiet and peaceful.
