Because I used this chain often before I expected nothing and the first impressions were good. The room was large, the furniture not completely worn, the room itself not that smelly and quite clean. The employee at the reception was far above average.

It was amazing overall but I just hoped I got the full experience of the pool. When I entered the area was beautiful but the water was freezing cold. If only the pool could’ve been warmer, I’d get that wonderful hotel experience.

I paid for three rooms for two nights for family for a special occasion. On the second night my room had not been made up. I was told that it was my fault for not requesting it be made up- not true- my family’s rooms were done. And I was told that there was not a single person on staff to take care of me. I even had to go get my own toilet paper. The business cards at the front desk with the general manager’s name and email are fake. The email is invalid. Front desk people had no authority to fix anything and one was absolutely rude and blamed me! I spent $850 for the rooms and this is the service you offer? I filed a formal complaint but it’s been a few days and I haven’t heard from anyone. This is what corporate greed looks like!!!

If you booked the hotel for a children's competition for the hotel...you should let other guests know before they book reservations...so they may choose to book reservations somewhere else. Not the hotels problem. Didn't complain. But someone in some form of management...should have some control? You obviously can't control rude parents.

Great hotel good location for us visiting friends in Willow Grove. All of the hotel was perfect in our view, very very clean, lively bathroom and great beds. Breakfast was ok simple, Shane it was all throw away plates etc - not very GREEN

The hotel appears run down, chipped doors, worn out carpets. Flooring and carpet in room should be replaced. Telephone and radio not working.
Housekeeping entered our room without knocking!
Loud people slamming doors for extended period of time from 10-11pm, police had to be called to rectify situation.

loved everything about trip but pool couldnt use any days bc of chemicals or something an tv didnt have lot of channels to watch but was ok was very comfortable in room clean an everyone all employees were very friendly had great stay wasnt long enough.i would recommend to others to stay .plenty fast food stores around area restaurants an shopping if wanted to go.enjoyed my stay.

Room was with kitchenette and sitting area and of big size. Kitchenette contained under counter fridge, microwave and desk. Bathroom vanity was separated from toilet/bath tub room. Breakfast was not bad, included cooked sausages and scrambled eggs. Breathtaking flowering cherry trees were in front of hotel and we had nice view from our window.
