Close to restaurants and gas station. Rooms are dirty with bed bugs. It was like a half way house. Elevator was out of order when I was checking in. But, my room was on the first floor. Other guests came with bags of groceries and told the front desk the Elevator was not working. Below are pics of my face and arms with bed bug bite. Could not show other parts of my body.

I was very pleased with this hotel. It was for one night. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. It did not include breakfast but was priced significantly less than surrounding hotels with no gap in a great experience. Friendly and helpful staff.

The place was dirty ! Smelly, Litter everywhere. One elavater not sure why it didn't come, we took the stairs, checked in at 7pm and left to find a hotel we could sleep in, Even with Covid the place was un-clean !

Employees were pleasant and helpful, Bed was comfortable. Room was dirty. Nice concept not having rugs to keep clean. They should make an attempt to clean the floors before new clients arrive. Walls were plastered with no paint. Entrance door was dirty and dingy. Bathroom door was chipped and pealing. Water pressure in shower was lousy. The topper NO COFFEE at the continental breakfast. Breakfast was the bare minimum. No coffee is unacceptable, Go buy a ten dollar pot and carafe until main one fixed. Would never stay there again!!

I’ve stayed here multiple times. I live locally but this is easier when I’m with friends and we go out at night because it’s very close to downtown Willoughby and we can Uber!!! It’s also quiet and clean. The beds are pretty comfy and parking is easy! Staff is always nice and check in/out is super quick! Also very close to the mentor mall and plenty of restaurants for anyone coming from out of town!!
