This was our third stay at the inn. It is one of our favorite hotels anywhere--modern, quiet, comfortable, beautiful. The stations on each floor that come supplied with sparkling water, tea, coffee, etc are first rate. The restaurant at the hotel, The Barn, is excellent.

What a quaint and wonderful place to visit. Lots of activities for such a small town. Eateries are plenty and because it is a college town(Bard & Williams College) there's plenty of activities and a vibrant, youthful energy.
Also, don't miss an opportunity to visit the Clark Art Institute!!! A plethora of exhibits and music and films to choose from! Plus walking trails throughout the area including the AT(Appalachian Trail).

We shopped at Roam, an African artist store. Ate Japanese on Main St., wonderful staff and food (Blue Mango), and had a delicious fish sandwich at Purple Pub. Wonderful waitress there too.

Williamstown and North Adams are different towns and both have a great deal to offer. Easy access between each town, and to multiple hiking trails, as well as superb museums, makes the two towns an extremely attractive visit.

Williamstown is a lovely college town in the foothills of the Berkshires. It has an active art scene with The Clark Institute, The Williams College Art Center, and the Willamstown Theater. It is nearby North Adams and the MassMoca Art Center, Pittsfield's Barrington Stage Theater, Tanglewood, Lenox, West Stockbridge Theater, and the Norman Rockwell Museum. One of our best stays ever. Nice spacious room, comfortable bed, plenty of space to hang clothes, very quiet, excellent bathroom and all brilliantly clean. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful, local information in the room was very useful and WiFi was strong and reliable.
