We had some kind of buzz coming from the central airco unit and it was immediately offered to change the room. When we got back from our daytrip they already moved our luggage to the new room. It was interesting to see the history, but things were VERY VERY overpriced and the food was terrible. I went to Capitol Pancakes Restaurant and waited 15 mins for a cup of coffee and a menu. When the coffee was brought to me the carafe was dirty and had some substance smeared on the outside , the menu had hair stuck to it. It was disgusting. I spoke to the manager who was completely nonchalant and seemed not to care. I left the restaurant and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Uber was extremely timely and prices although a tad bit high were reasonable. Bubbas Ice Cream was very good service was excellent and souvenirs were expensive ,but unique

Williamsburg is a great place to visit with family but it can get expensive. I highly recommend getting a visitors guide and taking advantage of the coupons inside! I always google for deals before visiting too. Theres so much to see and do you can easily spend a whole week just exploring. You can walk around colonial Williamsburg for free but Jamestown you have to pay to see the settlements, forts and ships. For a family of 5 with 1 baby it was almost $100 just to walk around but it was very cool and the gift shop isnt too expensive. The cafeteria was ok and had alot of options. I recommend buying the Williamsburg tickets to explore inside and get a hands on tour. There's so much to see and do. I recommend taking a full day for each location you plan to see.

The Comfort Inn is very large and very clean. The rooms are much larger than in other Comfort Inns. The outdoor pool is pleasant. Towels are available here. I also found the parking lot with shady trees to be positive. to Colonial Williamsburg it is only some minutes by car. Nice restaurants are on the same street.
Person who checked us in was super nice. Location was great, nice hot water for the showers. While the property was not in the best condition, it was a good value and was in as good condition as other hotels I have stayed at that cost more than double the price.
Room was dirty not vacuumed, door was broken, TV didn't work switched rooms then left to another hotel the next morning as we arrived late and was to tired to pack up and leave again.
