Every aspect of the Inn, setting, decor, amenities, service, and food, was first rate, befitting the property's history and reputation. We felt very welcome and cared for. The Williamsburg Inn is much better in every respect than it used to be despite the loss of the Regency Dining room as a daily venue for meals. Times change and the Inn has with them but the core values of elegance, comfort, and service remain.

Really liked the balcony looking over courtyard. Water pressure was awesome. Room was clean. The guy named Kendrick at the front desk was awesome so polite, helpful. Pool looked nice but didnt get time to use it.

Colonial Williamsburg is unique and every American (and foreign visitor interested in history) should definitely visit. The town itself is very charming and entertaining — an excellent compliment to the historic area. The restaurant scene is diverse and qualitatively impressive — ranging from Amiraj (modern-ish Indian) to La Yaca (modern French). We were consistently surprised at how contemporary and elevated the food was that our group of five enjoyed. Those in the historic area also deserve each visitor’s attention, especially if you are traveling with kids.

The room was tidy and the staff was great. However, I paid for a room with a balcony. I am very closterfofic and need fresh air on a regular basis and that was the number one reason I chose your hotel. Upon arrival/check in I was informed the balconies were closed/out of order. This is unacceptable and I was very disappointed. Please compensate me for false advertising (room with balcony) and dissatisfaction of the room accommodations. I love Williamsburg, VA and try to get back at least every few years. Busch Gardens is a beautiful and fun amusement park. We like to go in the fall for their Halloween decorations and haunted houses. Colonial Williamsburg is cool, and we've enjoyed ghost tours there as well. Great selection of restaurants. Everything is easy to get to by driving. Outlets for shopping. Historical sites and museums. Lots to see and do.

Breakfast - continental and plentiful, buffet style. Location - next to visitor center for Colonial Williamsburg, room big and beds comfortable. Shuttle offered to Transportation Center in Williamsburg. All staff extremely courteous and helpful. Location though was perfect.
The location is perfect. Close to many excellent restaurants and shops. You can easily drive to Colonial Williamsburg in five minutes. The facilities are clean and the bed was comfortable. The building itself could use an update, especially the bathrooms.
First time at Williamsburg Suites, I met the new managers Tre and Alisha whom btw are amazing. Room was clean and smelled amazing! I must say that they definitely express clean with the aromatics and presentation.
