the staff was amazing. the pool was big and when we got there we had an issue with a broken TV and it was handled very professional with the hotel discounting our stay and asking if we would like to change rooms. they were very friendly. breakfast was amazing both days with a lot of variety.

We only stayed one night but we all could have stayed longer for sure. The room was so spacious and clean. I thought the place was brand new but it's been there for 10 years. Will MOST DEFINITELY stay here every time we come to Cincinnati.

I did not enjoy looking at a motorcycles displaying "White privilege " stamped on back. Made it very uncomfortable. I was not happy we could not get bed changed since the maid was on the floor when we left. There are not a lot of places close by to eat or I felt safe to go to.

This was probably the cleanest hotel room we have ever visited. I am a very picky person when it comes to cleanliness and I felt completely comfortable for my family to stay at this hotel. Staff was friendly and the location was quiet and felt safe. I would definitely return if we are ever in the area again!
This was a very nice hotel. I believe they had the quickest check in I had ever had, the room was spacious( for some reason they gave us a handicap room so this is probably why), breakfast was excellent, we enjoyed the pool to ourselves but unfortunately the whirlpool wasn't working so overall a great stay!
