They required an additional deposit which was to be returned at the end of my stay. But they kept it for an untrue reason, When I questioned about it, the person I talked to was not only rude but LIED and hung up on me. They don't have to worry about me staying there again!!!!!

Really rundown and in need of major repairs. the room above us had a major water leak which flooded our room. We could have changed rooms, but the other room's air conditioner didn't work, so we opted to be flooded. Horrible place to stay, really dirty and need of repair. I used the one and only washer and the water wouldn't drain out of it, so I had soaked clothes. Very disgusted with this place!

Burn hole in the sheets.
Burn hole in the sheets. Something growing in both garbage cans under the plastic bags. Black mold on the ceiling tile in the bathroom. No tissues in tissue dispenser. No covering for light in the bathroom.

z NOTHING, they tried to force a disabled, senior educator who 3 days earlier requested a 1st floor room near an exit or entrance! They even fumbled the reservation. Not having everything set making me wait 2 hours for their failure! I refused to take 3rd floor room and waited until they finally summoned managed who put me in the very last room furthest from lobby, no working telephone. NO REMOTE , NEED I SAY MORE?? Please give me my money back , clean your rooms. Repair what need to be repaired and stop screwing SENIORS!
