They required an additional deposit which was to be returned at the end of my stay. But they kept it for an untrue reason, When I questioned about it, the person I talked to was not only rude but LIED and hung up on me. They don't have to worry about me staying there again!!!!!

Really rundown and in need of major repairs. the room above us had a major water leak which flooded our room. We could have changed rooms, but the other room's air conditioner didn't work, so we opted to be flooded. Horrible place to stay, really dirty and need of repair. I used the one and only washer and the water wouldn't drain out of it, so I had soaked clothes. Very disgusted with this place!

Burn hole in the sheets.
Burn hole in the sheets. Something growing in both garbage cans under the plastic bags. Black mold on the ceiling tile in the bathroom. No tissues in tissue dispenser. No covering for light in the bathroom.

I did not like anything about this property nothing work in the room but the tv the sheets on the bed was to thin and when ask for more they did not have any ask to change rooms because the room was so bad looking he would not the carpet had stains in it. The tub has stains in it. There was no tissue in the bathroom. The sheets had smoke burns in it. If I could have change hotels, I would.
I felt safe, hotel staff especially Dawn Martin were very kind to me, fast, prompt service, rooms were large, and easy check in and out, beautiful decor
