Friendly and welcoming staff, convenient little shop in the lobby for essentials, luggage carts available, pet friendly for a small fee. Nice big rooms with very comfortable bed and pillows. Full size fridge and kitchenette are really nice to have, especially when travelling with pets or family. Not too far from the highway and right next to the airport, but airplane noise wasn't an issue at all - slept great! Also excellent lighting in the room - warm colour temperature bulbs that were all consistent with each other - may sound like a small thing but makes a huge difference in feeling comfortable and being able to relax.

I liked the location of this hotel. It was near our home, which we lost in a fire. We arrived at the hotel with the clothes we had when we escaped the fire and our surviving pets. It's near food, grocery stores, and coffee stands, which was very convenient. The actual hotel property was fine, and if properly managed, my rating would be much higher. The highlight of my stay was the cleaning staff. One person in particular, Jessica, was so helpful and friendly. She should be working your front desk as she was professional and kind.
