You have a nice looking lobby and room was clean. The AC unit was loud. In Booking.com it says $6 for breakfast, I understand if it was a mistake, but when I brought it up and showed the manager she didn't have the decency to at least apologize for this (How was I suppose to know this) All she said was "well, that's booking.com problem that has nothing to do with us" I just feel it could have been handled differently and It would have changed my experience over all. At first she made me feel as If I was lying, then when I showed her the evidence she just blamed Booking.com. I understand you might be running low in workers but probably something to look at. I don't think I would use this location again, I felt mistreated. RUDE LADY AT THE FRONT.
