Unfortunately the room I had was non-smoking, but when I entered the room the smell of cigarette smoke was so strong that I couldn't breathe, I just took a shower and left the room. I expect my money back, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay at this location, it was awful.
Air conditioner keeps turning off. Sink was clogged even after maintenance came on and supposedly fixed it. Questionable individuals hanging out in the lobby. Most of the time there was no one supervising the counter. Upon arrival they assigned and handed a key to another couple to the same room as the one assigned to us.

This is an old hotel in need of an upgrade. A room is where You spend most of your time, not the lobby or bar. The rooms need upgrading.
Hot water is a simple utility that should be available always.

I live 15 minutes away, so I'm very familiar with the area. You definitely need a car to get around. There's a huge shopping mall... Roosevelt Field Mall. The mall is great. It has tons of stores and plenty of restaurants. there are lots of restaurants in the area but everything is very far away from each other. So a car is necessary. If you don't have a car, there are plenty of Uber drivers everywhere. Restaurants range from pricey, like Ruth's steakhouse, to more affordable eateries like Chipotle and Shake Shack.

Nothing over the top about this place, I’m sad the restaurant and pool was closed, but that wasn’t the fault of the hotel. If you’re looking for a clean room close to what Westbury has to offer, I’d definitely stay here.

The stay at this hotel was a nightmare The lifts werte not working foe two DAYS We had to carry my mother who is 90 yrs young on a wheelchair over four stairs for breakfast AND DINNER the POOL was closed for two days I cannot understand as to how this was a HILTON HOTEL I am a HONORS MEMBER and am to complain to HILTON management directly as well The managers were not there to apologise for the problems we were having.
